The Duchess of Cambridge attended a reception at Buckingham Palace Monday evening celebrating the 25th anniversary of Place2Be. “You have taught me the importance of creating safe and nurturing environments within schools,” said Kate, who is patron of the children’s charity, in her brief remarks.
